MeldLife is built around a timeline. Every memory you add is placed in time, even if you are not sure of the exact date. As more memories arrive, the picture fills in.

What if I do not know exact dates?
That is handled. You can use rough years, decades, or descriptions like "mid-seventies". MeldLife places memories in approximate order and can ask clarifying questions if needed.
How does it turn memories into chapters?
Once enough memories are on the timeline, MeldLife groups related ones by period and shapes them into readable chapter drafts. You review and edit - nothing is published without your approval.
Can I reorder the timeline later?
Yes. The timeline is not fixed. As you add more context - a date, a place, a correction - entries move to better positions.
Is it only for a single person's story?
MeldLife supports multiple stories. You can keep your own timeline separate from one you are building for a parent or family member.
